Top Glove - Meru - Klang, Selangor

Promote and get in quality and reliable tenants for Top Glove Tower and other properties such as ICON Tower, Empire Subang, The Mines 2 and etc.
Negotiate with potential tenants on competitive rental rate and other leasing requirements.
Work closely and coordinate with exclusive agent and other agents to bring in potential tenants.
Work closely with legal department to prepare tenancy agreement and resolve legal issues between landlord and tenants.
Work closely with finance department to monitor and ensure prompt rental payment by all tenants and resolve overdue rental issues.
Work closely with building management and project team to resolve issues / problems encountered by tenants.
Liaise with local council and other relevant government authorities.

Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economic / Marketing / Real Estate / Valuation / Land Administration / Property Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
CGPA should be more than 3.00 & above or second class upper & above.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
Good interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.
Demonstrate keen interest in property leasing / marketing.
Understand the real estate transaction process, financing methodology and property development projects.
Conversant in English and ability to speak and write other languages will be an added advantage.
