ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all technical systems, including network servers, routers, switches, printers, phone systems, PC's.
• Maintain company's hardware on assigned location.Participate in IT system configuration reviews.
• Interact with business lines to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Maintain expert knowledge and provide support for the following platforms: Unix/Linux, Windows.
• Handle incoming requests for service.Review IT security settings on all operating systems and databases.

BACKGROUND

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of all operating systems and network protocols.
• Experience in system administration.
• Problem solver at heart, interested in learning by helping.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
