Job description
Job Purpose:
Monitor the Electrical & Instrumentation scope to ensure subcontractors perform the work to agreed scope of work, specifications, schedules and to an acceptable standard.
Supervise subcontractor personnel to ensure they perform all work to agreed standards for Safety, Health and Environment and attain high levels of HSE performance.
Ensure assigned scope of work is carried out without any HSE incidents and that worker safety in never compromised
Ensure the work is carried out in time and in accordance with scope of work, specification and quality requirement.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent qualifications, preferred.
Minimum of ten ( 1 0) years' experience with minimum five (5) years' experience in the international Oil and Gas industry with comprehensive hands-on experience in Fabrication/Construction.
Good HSE awareness and commitment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good technical, team and interpersonal skills
Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major Oil and Gas facilities.
