IT Sales Manager-Financial Services Industry (Banking)

Job Description:
- Positioning the company’s IT solutions into the banking industry (Consultative/Solution Selling)
- Enterprise Infrastructure solutions sales for banks in the UAE
- Quota carrier ($ target) on annual basis, in banking
- Strong business development skills, a hunter, experience with approaching new customers, new opportunities, importantly; at “C” levels
- Strong sales achiever across the years, meeting and exceeding his/her numbers
- Driving big bids when responding to complex RFP’s, leading a consortium of companies in delivering value propositions and closing deals.
- Strong in sales management, sales funnel management and weekly/monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Works closely with partners (re-sellers), SI’s and ISV’s.

Minimum 8 years of experience in this role, in the UAE

Requirements:
- English speaker (Arabic is an advantage), strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter, initiative taker, strong individual contributor
- Experience with Multinational IT companies is preferred, but not a must
- Strong network in UAE within the banking community
- Working experience with banking solutions provided by different ISV’s-specialized in banking
- Working experience with international SI’s involved with banking implementations.
- Strong technical knowledge across the standard IT portfolio (network, storage and servers)
- Transferrable residency
