Technical Account Manager, Middle East & Africa
Job description
This position will lead the development of XML-based connections with our clients in the Middle East & Africa region. As the Technical Account Manager, you will be working hand-in-hand with our internal sales teams as well as our client's technical teams in developing and implementing our range of connectivity services. You will also lead all post-launch performance management of our connectivity services.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and contribute to the growth of our clients using XML-based services.
- Establish and maintain constructive, productive and strong business relationships with our established clients and prospective accounts.
- Lead as the technical point of contact to our internal sales teams to help facilitate communication to clients.
- Serve as a liaison between our client technical teams and internal project implementation and product development teams.
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information, business needs and functional requirements.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and action items towards acceptable closure.
- Be the subject matter expert for our clients and our internal sales teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree qualified with 5-7 years experience in XML-based connectivity solutions and services. An understanding of the travel insutry is ideal but not essential.
