Our Client is the leading international supplier of industrial solutions for oil and gas. The company requires high-energy, driven Finance Manager to take financial ownership of the growing business.
You will be working closely with the management team to support execution of the business strategy, ensuring steady development of financial processes and business controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working closely with the management team to support execution of the business strategy, ensuring steady development of financial processes and business controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control the monthly reporting cycle and other associated reporting for management.
- Lead the agenda on improvement and alignment of operational, business and financial controls.
- Manage transactional activities (billing/credit control/payments) across the business.
- Manage appropriate review sessions with the business to ensure visibility and understanding of financial performance.
- Support the business in commercial decision making by providing financial and commercial analysis to drive margin improvement.
- Drive an improved focus on cost control.
- Support the management team in development of strategic growth plans.
- Implement a well structured financial planning and forecasting process for the business.
- Lead and develop the Finance team.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in financial management within international oil&gas/construction/technology business.
- Globally recognized professional qualification is a must.
- Profound knowledge of key commercial drivers.
- Experience in providing high level commercial finance support to senior management.
- Determined, able to persist through problems and deliver the required objectives.
- Ability to implement change and improve finance processes in a fast moving business.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to make insightful business recommendations to influence the direction of the business.
- Ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
- Relationship building and adept communication.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
