Job Purpose.:
The purpose of this position is to conduct RFPs and drive bidder selection process for managed cloud service offerings. Sourcing and technical experience on vendor-agnostic cloud orchestration, BSS/OSS integration, as well as addressing customer security concerns on hosting solutions in the cloud is mandatory.This position needs to manage technical expertise from vendors and partners and may require discussions, negotiations up to Director levels.

Skills & Experience.:
6. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Minimum experience:
•Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in experience in Infrastructure Design and implementation, complex project delivery role related to design & implementation within the telecoms/ service provider industry
•Experience in designing and implementation Cloud Platforms (IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS)
•Strong technical expertise and experience in enterprise orchestration platforms, workflow technologies, project management and business processes.
•Familiar with sourcing & legal aspects of cloud platforms
Minimum education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Desirable Cloud security certifications like CCSK
Desirable Certifications (CISSP, ITIL, MCSE / CCNA certifications)
Project management skills (PMI)
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of Service Delivery Architecture and Service Delivery Platform.
Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and CloudTrust Protocol.
Good understanding of Cloud Data Governance and GRC stack.
Industry knowledge and proven vendor & partner management capability.
Experience in project planning, monitoring and implementation.
Establishing solid working relationships with various stakeholders/departments, Internal Control and Strategy and Investments
Strong proven knowledge and skills of customer value propositions and solution design and implementation.
Knowledge of commercial delivery model for targeted segments
Customer Focus and High skills of Business Awareness and Market analysis
Strong analytical skills and high-level Financial skills for management of Projects' budget
Excellent customer focus
Knowledge of architecture frameworks.
Functional Managed Services knowledge. As well, ITIL, IT Governance, asset management, cost transparency
Knowledge or proven certifications in virtualization, storage and datacenter solutions
Strong reporting and communications skills
Experience dealing and interfacing with internal and External teams
Excellent Project and program management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the business and the Line of business
