Job description
Role: Facilities Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
My client is a Maintenance Company managing a large compound in Saudi Arabia. They are looking for an experienced FM professional to join their Project Management team immediately. They are specificity looking for a Western Educated candidate who has a degree in FM or engineering and engineering and who has experience dealing with multiple sites at once.
The ideal candidate must have:
- The ability to manage and direct a large (100+) multi-skilled and multi-cultured work force to maintain residential compounds to exacting specifications and standards, across multiple sites.
- To oversee all contractors and their sub-contractors working within the compounds. To manage the health & safety of all staff.
Main responsibilities:
• Working with the Clients Representative to ensure successful delivery of an agreed set of requirements
• Planned, preventative maintenance of compound residential assets
• Management of special projects, as directed
• Monitoring of progress / schedule adherence
• Monitoring of quality through inspection of installation & facilities
• Monitoring of health, safety & environmental issues
Qualifications & experience:
• Minimum technical qualification - Higher National Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical engineering, or similar
• Minimum health & safety qualification(s) – IOSH Managing Safely, General Certificate NEBOSH, or similar
• Minimum of 3 years Middle East experience, managing residential compounds
Salary Package Details :
Basic Salary : SR 18000 per month
Housing : Four months (4) basic salary per year provided
Soft Pack : SR 5000-7000 One time allowance provided
Transportation : 4x4 Vehicle Provided
Medical Insu : Class ‘A” Medical Insurance Provided
Air tickets : If the candidate opts for single status, two economy class air tickets provided. In case of married status, One economy class ticket per year will be provided
Leave : (30) days full paid leave per year
