Emerson MEA is looking for a Coordinator to join our growing, environmentally friendly, recipient of the UAE State of Energy Award for 2015, InSinkErator business in the Middle East and Africa region. The Coordinator will support InSinkErator business and activities, providing assistance to customers and management as required.

The Coordinator will support InSinkErator business and activities, providing assistance to customers and management as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Producing correspondence and documents, maintaining presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer based information
- Manipulating statistical data and reports
- Arranging both in-house and external events
- Coordinating with customers for their orders and requests
Basic Qualifications
- Proven administration experience
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be organized, proactive, able to work independently, with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Degree qualified
