Job Summary:
The Oracle Manufacturing Support Analyst is responsible for enhancements, projects and user functional support gathering requirement, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, testing, implementing, and training for the Oracle EBS modules including Item Master, Bill of Materials, Routing, Work-in-Process, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Management, Costing, Quality and Material and Capacity planning.
Relationships:
This role reports to the Team Lead – Oracle Manufacturing, IT Program Manager, Business Process Manager, and Portfolio Manager.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides functional application support in the following areas: management of item master, bill of materials and routing, work order scheduling and management, shop floor management, process inspection and quality, production standard cost management and scheduling, sourcing rules, quotations, purchasing, order management and shipping execution, internal requisitions and internal sales order.
- Act as a liaise between business users and technical team members.
- Works closely with the other Oracles EBS module leads in supporting the overall E-Business suite.
- Understanding of S&OP and Distribution network Supply Demand balancing methodology and implementation.
- Encourages teamwork and positive working relationships.
- Provides Training to business users.
- Develops and maintains process and functional documentation.
- Responsible for providing support to business users and resolution of all tickets in a timely manner.
- Gathers requirements, develop solutions and manage implementation of minor enhancements.
- Guide users on the implemented functionally of Oracle EBS modules and identify enhancements/ changes to address business requirements or process improvement.
- Ensures process implementation alignment with company policies and report and investigate any process deviation to ensure continuous improvement on service quality.
- Ensures process consistency between the communities through calls, meetings and workshops.
- Drives the change management process.
- Initiates, develops, and shares best practices, policies and procedures across their organization.
- Assists in business process redesign as needed.
- Translates high level requirements into function specification for the IT organization and manages changes to the specification.
- Responsible for the configuration of the responsible Oracle EBS modules supporting the organization.
- Validates new deliveries from Level 3 support and coordinates testing and move to production.
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-12 years’ experience in discrete manufacturing.
- Past experience in Oracle Manufacturing Implementation projects.
- Used to deal with Oracle inbound and outbound integrations with other systems.
- Advanced in business process analysis, requirements capture, handling change management and keeping up-to-date with domain needs.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the EBS technical platform, key ER relationship, SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to additional ERP systems (in particular SAP) is not required but will be considered a plus.
