Job Description:

A solutions architect is required to act as a technical authority for a landscape comprising SAP HR ECC 6.0 primarily running on HPUX x64 OS along with integrated custom DotNet applications.

• Required competency in both system & software design/architecture, release management and conducts code review(s) as required, primarily in DotNet applications and ideally also on ABAP.
• Leads and manages technical aspects of the HR IT applications.
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Providing technical support to Business Analysts for applications & systems and to relevant Development support teams where necessary.
• Continually evaluate software development approaches by vendors, and identify risks to ensure that high quality solutions and systems are delivered to the customers.
• Assisting in requirements gathering and review, solution analysis, testing and qualification processes and ensuring technical specifications and standards are adhered to software best practices.
• Involved on the architecture and design of the new features of the HR IT applications, including integrations between web applications and SAP.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate will have previous experience working as a solution architect in a technical role including:
• SAP Payroll, SAP HCM
• SAP BASIS
• Web Applications
• Competency in software and solution architecture
• Excellent knowledge of all .Net related technologies C#, ASP.NET, Web-services, WCF, WebAPI, WebForms, MVC,…)
• A solid knowledge of T-SQL/PL-SQL, MS SQL/Oracle
• Knowledge of scripting technologies (JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, Knockout,…)
• A solid knowledge of OOP principles
• A solid knowledge of N-tier and N-layered architecture
• A solid knowledge of design patterns
• Follow all development standards and methodologies
• Competencies in data management, software integration, software testing, bug control and software verification.
• Good understanding of OS/application management, H/W and storage management (DAS & SAN), backup and recovery processes, HA (high availability).
• A good understanding of infrastructure and related services (IT servicedesk, LAN & WAN services, Active Directory and Corporate Directory (LDAP), Outlook and messaging/calendar services, Secure VPN/Gateway) and the protocols utilized (TCP/IP, MAPI, SMTP, HTTP(S), DNS, TLS/SSL etc).
• Good understanding of IT security.
• Min Experience - 5 yrs
