Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Director of Sales to lead, direct and motivate the Sales team and Channel Partners. 
  • Candidate will be responsible for delivering the assigned new sales and revenue objectives for your region.
  • Own the forecasting for your region including the outlook for activities in each account.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and sales cadence.
  • Understand the opportunities, critical success factors, and overcome challenges or objections.
  • Schedule quarterly review meetings (QBRs) with the SVP of Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on the state of each account.
  • Have extensive experience with solution selling, C-Level selling and Complex selling techniques
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

At least 10 years Sales skills in IT industry working with Information Technology Value Added Distributor
Must have demonstrated and successfully managed sales, growth, and revenue targets. 
Must have expeirene in efficiently managing people, and channel. 
Must have IT System Integration or Distribution experience in the Gulf. 
Must have strong communication skills and dynamic peronality and team player capabilities. 
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge is a key for candidate eligiblity.
