Job description
My client is a prestigious organization seeking a PR and communications to support initiatives and ensure a relevant and positive image is portrayed through internal and external communications.
The role:
- Assist in drafting the department objectives in line with overall business objectives as well as vision and mission
- Maintain a close awareness of best practices and industry standards in the area of Communications and support in developing the Department initiatives/ activities towards these benchmarks
- Work Closely with BD and Corporate Communications teams to develop, prioritize, and implement a comprehensive communication and promotion strategy and tactical plan to support key marketing initiatives to drive Business development growth in local and international markets
- Develop, execute and manage programs and activities in support of priority communications strategies and plans. This includes collateral and multimedia development, key message development, Web and digital communications, e-mail campaigns, road shows, customer events, advertising, internal communications and leadership communications support, integrated campaigns such as product launches and support of PR activities
- Create & update the content of the corporate documents
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in handling Communications activities
- At least 4 years progressive leadership responsibility in an organization of similar scope and size
