Job description

  • Build digital marketing campaigns for the Electronic Business & Innovation. Manage online marketing activities, paid and organic search campaigns and develop interfaces for various delivery channels - Website, Mobile, Digital, Email, ATM etc.
  • Ensure proactive communication and campaign calendar for online marketing activity consistently across all products and services for online & mobile domains.
  • Liaise with external agencies for enrichment and curation of English & Arabic online marketing campaigns.
  • Build strategic content and campaigns for SEO & SEM in line with organization’s objectives
  • Liaise with Marketing to enhance customer communication messages developed for EBI
  • Ensure content developed for EDM and Website campaigns is up to the mark to drive customer engagement, NTB / cross-sales and up-sales for EBI channels
  • Work with marketing and corporate communications to ensure EBI channels gets maximum exposure in all PR and media releases in English and Arabic versions
  • Develop new opportunities for NTB acquisition from all digital sources
  • Build X-Sell and Up-sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Optimize cost of spends on digital services for various online and mobile channels
  • Be a major contributor in maintaining SEO & SEM dashboard and reports for the team
  • Ensure IBG digital requirements on the E-Marketing front are met with the standards of UAE campaigns.
  • Support all strategic group initiatives such as Careers, Loyalty & Electronic Transactional Banking services to ensure they get the right share of exposure based on the organizational direction and business focus.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of exposure to digital platforms
  • Good command over English language with respect to the digital mediums
  • Proven success leading multi-functional teams coupled with the ability to influence others and build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to involve and motivate others in activities and make creative use of available tools and techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
