Sales & Marketing Manager – Expansion Joints
(No expansion joints experience will not be considered for this role)

Eaton SAKS International are working with a major Project Management, Fit Out, Interior design turnkey solutions business wo have offices and operations across the US, Europe and the Middle East.
The company specialise within Commercial, Residential turnkey fit our solutions comprising of the following:
  • All major internal and external renovations within the commercial and residential industry, including
    hospitality, Retail, and Industrial design.
  • Supply of Interior design, supply and procurement.
  • Specialist Installation of commercial and residential detailed joinery works.
  • Instillation and design of concealed ceiling systems and false ceilings
    Due to major contracts and considerable growth across the GCC our client is looking to source a “Sales & Marketing Manager.

    The ideal profiles will a background within the construction, Building Materials sectors and will have sound knowledge of Expansion Joints.

    Core Competencies for the role:

    You will be leading global manufacturers and there products across the GCC region.
    You will be liaising and coordinating with clients, selling our company solutions and driving the Development of Expansion Joints business in all areas.
    This will be a hands on Business Development role, so this needs an assertive Sales Leader who can develop his own clients within his/her own market, and Arranging presentations and visits to contractors, developers, architects, municipality departments etc.
    Your key drivers will be too to obtaining status as approved suppliers in the region, manage upcoming projects & direct works requirements.
    You will be a solid negotiator with potential clients on terms and conditions.
    You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from projects, initial sourcing through to completion of works, including sourcing clients, initial client negotiation, and placing orders with the quotes team monitoring order progress, through to final completion.
    You will manage and work closely with the after team who will take over from completion of projects.

    Critical Requirements:

    Five years proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Expansion Joints. Ideally an Engineering or Construction background, with exposure to the building, fit out sector.
    You must have a solid background within Sales, Marketing and delivery with solid negotiations skills and follow up presence.

Desired Skills and Experience

Five years sales experience witin a building materials business or within a major construction or propertt group seling - Expansion Joints solutions.
