Job description

The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for the strategic development, planning, activation management and analysis of the company's digital communication & CEM platforms including:  brand web-sites, social media channels, Mobile, digital , and search. In order to effectively early reach, engage & convert ME moms through digital channels as part of the overall integrated connection planning for the company's across the Middle East.
The Digital Brand Manager key accountabilities would be to:
Manage the digital/CEM elements of the marketing mix, to increase early reach and engagement, with an immediate special focus on:
  • Defining & managing the strategic role of the different digital channels (social, mobile, online) within the overall communication/ engagement plans, based on understanding the digital media consumption habits / content lookup landscape of our target moms in the ME.
  • Leading the upgrade of the CEM platform to increase relevancy for  early connection with moms both in terms of contents and tools
  • Day to day management of digital marketing campaigns including setting KPIs, budgeting and results tracking to improve efficiencies in reach and spend

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience/ knowledge required:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital and/or brand marketing, ideally in FMCG
  • Must be fluent in English, knowledge in Arabic is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of digital sphere such as mobile, social media, paid advertising, search and on-line video and/or desire to learn digital and adapt quickly
  • A creative and analytical mind, identify insights behind facts and figures
  • Curiosity about identifying what drives engagement and conversation.
  • Project management experience
