CONSULTING SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Pre-sales) on Service Provider Networks
Location: Abu Dhabi-preferred , Dubai / UAE, Doha/Qatar
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English

This high profile role aims at supporting of GSP-Emerging Service Provider accounts where we are accelerating Cloud and Managed Services .

Requires strong architectures, consulting, communication skills and deep expertise in the area of Service Provider networks, especially: Cloud and Manged Services, SDN and Virtualization, Orchestration and Automation, Routing and Switching.

The Consulting System Engineer is in charge of the following activities:
- Ownership of Cloud and Managed Services architectures and positioning strategy across Emerging GSP accounts
- Collaboration and synergy with Cisco Services, Advanced Services
- Collaboration and synergy with Cisco partners
- Provide technical and sales support to Emerging GSP Service Providers
- Perform technical presentations, gather and consolidate technical requirements, develop strong interlock with Cisco Business Units
- Assist with the development of formal sales plans, blue print architectures and value added proposals and propositions for assigned opportunities.
- Support and address critical projects as well as critical situation and escalations, as needed
- Support and address the answer to tender, RFx
- Support and address POC and testing activities, as needed
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned virtual team and provides consultative support in their area of specialization to other Systems Engineers.

The Consulting System Engineer has the following skills:
- Communications skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Team player is a must as roles implies to work efficiently with many parties: Sales, customers, Cisco Business Unit, ...
- Ability to articulate a value-add proposition of a solution in front of both technical and non-technical audience
- Demonstrated architecture skills, technology consulting, technical knowledge and consultative skills.
- Good balance between hands-on capabilities and theoretical technical knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge in several areas of specialization amongst:
Cloud and Managed Services
SDN, Virtualization and Virtualized Managed Services
Orchestration and Automation
Service Provider routing and Switching
Service Provider architectures and technologies
- Knowledge in Datacenter n technologies would be also much valued

Baccalaureate +5 years and 8 to 15 years pre-sales experience.
