Job description
Onboarding and Customer Segmentation:
1. Onboard the NTB customers into appropriate segments and tag them to appropriate RMs based on the pre-
defined criteria
2. Ensure that the NTB customers get appropriate product suite
3. Track the product holding of the NTB customers to ensure high cross sell ratio
4. Upgrade and downgrade the customers in and out of the Priority Banking as per the agreed criteria
5. Ensure that each front end staff has appropriate number and set of customers for management
Customer Contactibility
1. Launch winback/activation campaigns to drive the product penetration and customer awareness with the bank’s products and services
2. Own the contact management system to ensure that the customers are contacted on regular intervals by the RMs
Cross Sell
1. Drive the cross-sell agenda of the bank through enrolling the SME/corporate owners within the priority banking
2. Increase the product penetration in the existing customer base through launching campaigns
3. Target the customer profiles untouched by the bank so far to ensure incremental customer base for Priority
Banking
Business Planning Initiatives
1. Ensure that the staff incentive structured are aligned with the business priorities
2. Strategic business planning and analysis of daily/monthly/Quarterly reports to identify the staff performance trends and gaps, product performance gaps and suggest corrective action
3. Interacting with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Relevant experience in UAE related/similar job (over 6-10 years)
Customer portfolio and campaigns Management experience
Banking products and services like assets, liabilities, and wealth management
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
