Job description

  • Act as point of contact for all Dubai Central Service compensation & benefits queries and provide support to Payroll Officer for payroll enquiries.
  • Manage all aspects of annual salary review process with the Regional HR teams and HR Central Services Manager, ME
  • Analyze EEMEA organization’s pay structure through job evaluation and propose further recommendation for any salary change to ensure internal and external equity.
  • Roll out Job banding and salary banding to EEMEA countries.
  • Compile statistical report on remuneration and benefits and conduct external market review on remuneration and benefits package when requested.
  • Design policies to close gaps in compensation of employees by introducing the internal equity at affordable costs.
  • Develop and implement specific projects related to compensation & benefits including job evaluation, market research, best practices and process mapping.
  • Manage effective working relationship with internal business partners by accessing business need on C&B and provide initiatives as required.
  • Participate as a member in various HR projects and initiatives lead by Group Rewards.
  • Participate in HRIS and Payroll system design and project implementation.
  • Closely cooperate and manage relationships with all third party benefits providers.
  • Support the local and regional HR team at all times.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Regional HR Director

  • Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefit trends and practice.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation practices, salary structure and development C&B surveys/benchmarking
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

Required Work Experience
      
  • At least 5  years practical experience of HR administration with emphasis on C&B management
  •   
  • Extensive  knowledge of HR and local Law knowledge
  •   
  • Proven track records of implementing and delivering of salary structures and remuneration solutions.
      
  • MNC experience in a fast pace service environment.
  •   
  • Systems use and implementation experience preferred e.g. Oracle, SAP, ADP, Corebiz
  • Experience with service industry (preferred)
Required Qualifications
  •   Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business management, human resources or related field.
Required Languages
      
  • English (fluent, business, both oral and written)
  •   
  • Arabic (plus)
  •   French (plus)
Travel / Rotation Requirements
  •   Some travel may be required
