Senior Buyer - Based in the Middle East (UAE)

The Role:

We are seeking a toiletries and cosmetics Senior Buyer who will report to the Category Manager. You will be responsible for further developing personal care and beauty offers within Boots stores across the Middle East. You will also manage the end-to-end purchasing and marketing of our key brands - No7, Soap & Glory and Botanics. You will lead brand selection, product launches, in store merchandising and category management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be degree-educated, with a minimum of 2 years FMCG brand marketing or buying experience. Middle East experience is not essential.

Applicants should also have the following skills and attributes:

* Highly developed negotiation skills

* Toiletries or cosmetics buying experience for a large health & beauty retailer

* Experience of managing large multinational suppliers and the development of joint business plans

* Strategic ability - responsible for setting budgets, achieving margins and category profitability

* Merchandising and Space allocation experience. Spaceman or similar software knowledge experience is desirable.

You will have exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organisation.
