The Clinical Diagnostics Division has recently signed an international agreement with Samsung to distribute the LABGEO range of POCT products and to co-develop the next innovative range of assays and next generation POCT analysers. 

The POCT business operates from our Fremont California and Berlin Germany locations. The POCT business is expected to grow rapidly and is seen as a key growth driver for the business, particularly as it starts to incorporate tests from our current central laboratory portfolio for Sepsis, Maternal and fetal health, cardiac screening and drugs of abuse monitoring.

For our growing, successful international Clinical Diagnostics team we are looking for you as

Regional Commercial Manager - Point of Care 

Region Middle East and Africa

Your tasks
  • You will lead the commercial activities for our innovative Point of Care diagnostic tests in your region
  • You will work closely with our key opinion Leaders, key customers and distributors
  • You will cover Africa and the Middle East
  • You will systematically monitor, analyze and develop our market
  • You will develop and implement country specific strategies to grow our business
  • You will have flexibility in office location - working from your home office in Dubai
  • You will travel frequently to drive sales growth and to implement regional strategies

Requirements/Qualifications
  • You share our passion for the Biotech/ Diagnostics/ Life Science environment
  • You are excited about driving sales and founded scientific argumentation
  • You are an experienced sales professional in the Diagnostics market
  • You have extensive experience of managing distributors and negotiating contracts
  • You have detailed knowledge of the Point of Care Testing market and its regional complexity (regarding regulatory, reimbursement and purchasing practices)
  • You hold a degree in Life Sciences and Business Administration
  • You are a fluent English speaker with international experience
