Sr. Manager, Acquisition Marketing

Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join an agile, entrepreneurial team and have a real impact. The Sr. Manager, Acquisition Marketing is responsible for growing new customer acquisition through SEM, Facebook PPC, Display and other channels. The right candidate will have a deep expertise in large-scale acquisition growth, optimization and analysis/reporting. This will be a very impactful and high-profile role within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all paid acquisition channels with a significant emphasis on SEM
- Own budget allocation to hit top and bottom-line growth targets
- Collaborate with data engineering and finance on reporting and analytical insights
- Lead creative and landing page testing to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage relationships with traffic partners and tools, overseeing contract negotiation and technical/reporting integration
- Provide data and recommendations for marketing forecasting
- Lead multi-channel attribution modeling
Desired Skills and Experience
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years online marketing experience
- 3+ years managing SEM campaigns at high volume(6-figures monthly)
EDUCATION:
- BA/BS - preferably in a quantitative discipline
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior quantitative/analytical skills and love of data
- Experience managing direct response campaigns to ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.
- Experience managing app download campaigns
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Adwords/Bing interfaces and editors
