Job description
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via email and in person as appropriate
- Timely responding and selling to new opportunities
- Manage time effectively and be self-accountable
- Work with a monthly, quarterly and annual quota
- Ensure that the daily sales report and lead report are accurate and timely including pipeline forecasting
- Adhere to a defined sales process
- Manage all prospecting activity within CRM
- Follow up to confirm proper follow through for prospects
- Attend trade shows and perform related follow–up work
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by explaining each models features and benefits and describing all optional equipment.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required
Maintain a prospect and owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience, in the same field.
- Experience in UAE will be preferred.
- Fluency in the Arabic & English language
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
Ability to achieve targets and adhere to strict deadlines
