MARKETS ALERT: Stocks move lower after Trump's China comments

U.S. equity markets traded lower on Tuesday after President Trump warned China that a much tougher trade deal would be coming if he gets reelected. Trade talks resumed on Tuesday in Shanghai. The Federal Reserve also opens its two-day policy meeting which many believe will result in an interest rate cut.
