MARKET ALERT: Dow tanks nearly 700 points, U.S. stocks now negative for 2018

The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged as much as 700 points on Thursday due to uncertainty over U.S.-China trade relations and concerns about the state of the U.S. economy. Losses over the past two days have tallied more than 1,400 points.
