BREAKING NEWS: Employers added 20,000 jobs in February

The Labor Department reports the U.S. economy added 20,000 jobs in February, well short of expectations for 180,000 jobs. The unemployment rate fell to 3.8 percent. Meanwhile, the labor force participation rate came to 63.2 percent.
